The Fix Mission is a smartphone advice platform created to help people make better decisions before buying, selling, repairing, or replacing their phones.

Many people are unsure whether they should repair a phone, buy a refurbished model, sell their old device, or upgrade to a new one. The Fix Mission gives simple, practical, and honest guidance so users can avoid expensive mistakes.

The main focus is on used phones, refurbished iPhones and Samsung devices, battery health, repair decisions, phone care, and sustainable smartphone use.

This project was created by Arslan Jamil as part of the Web Literacy campaign at HSLU. It combines blog content, SEO research, social media posts, and a free advice service to support users with real phone-related questions.
